Did Luke Wesley fall off of a ten story building to his death near the end of 2005?

No! It was only a 6 story building, and he unbelievably walked away from it. As you may see from his Shows page, he is still playing shows. Unless it is a zombie Luke… watch out for your brains… and your beer…

To quote Mark Twain, “Rumours of my death are greatly exaggerated…”

Did Luke Wesley fall down a flight of stairs and then announce to the public that the girl he loves is moving to L.A.?

Something like that.

Did Luke Wesley fall off a bus onto his face last weekend?

He is a troubled soul.

How would you describe the music of Luke Wesley?

From Luke himself:

“At this point I pack a bunch of descriptive words like ‘alternative’, ‘progressive’, and ‘post’ into a concise two or three sentence segment. These words by themselves are not such a terrible thing. In fact, by themselves they are fairly comprehensible. When they join together, however, they become a force to be reckoned with, and are often only truly understood by their creators: Indie-music reviewers who work for Magnet magazine. So I will spare you all of those words because I kind of hate them anyway.

“As for other artists that my music pays homage to? That…I don’t really know either. To be honest I don’t spend that much time analyzing my music at that level. I write it. I play it. Before, during, and after…I drink to calm myself in hopes that people like it.”

Piano-driven ass-tingley melodic rock.

What are Luke Wesley’s influences?

Again. From the artist:

“lots of stuff…you decide and mail me…I’d be interested to know what you think.”

Has Luke boarded the My Space train to popularville?

You know it.
